What exactly can you do to help?
With broad experience in multimedia design and digital marketing, I can help my clients differentiate from their competitors; by improving client's branding and marketing message which helps them attract and retain their ideal customer base.
Will it cost a lot to work with you?
I understand cost is crucial concerns for many people when it comes to design. However, brand identity design is an investment. It is an intangible investment that when combined with a great product or service will pay off for the entire life of a business. What I charge varies depending on the specific needs of each client, and I'm happy to provide a quote when I learn more about the design brief.
How long will the project take to complete?
Time frames vary from three weeks to three months or more, with the schedule depending almost entirely on project deliverables.
Can you start right away?
It is possible, but my focus is always on current clients, and I try not to accept more than two or three projects at any one time. Get in touch for specifics!
What does the process involve?
Here's a brief overview of the design process.
• The Design Brief - Compiled from a Q&A session with the client, a design brief saves everyone time. It helps focus attention on the details that best cater to the target audience.
• Research and Brainstorming - I spend time reviewing client information, then begin the research and brainstorming stage. I take into account of your competitors, market trends, product/service differentiators, the history of the business, and your future goal.
• Sketching - Sketching helps generate a strong set of possible directions. A mouse and computer adds an extra level of restriction that hinders the process. The point is to explore every possible direction before choosing the most effective idea.
• Rendering - I normally narrow the design focus until I have one or two strong options for digitising and conceptualising. The rendering stage involves transferring these options to Adobe Illustrator, to Photoshop, and finally to Portable Document Format (for presentation).
• Presentation - The design presentation is supplied as a PDF file, with each concept shown in context, using digital mock-ups. Now it’s over to the client to consider the designs and prepare feedback based upon how the ideas fulfil the design brief.
• Finishing Touch - Following client review, I’ll either finalise the project, or make any revisions agreed upon.
• Graphic Supply - Graphic art is supplied via email and/or made available for download. Logo file I created can be scaled to any size without loss of quality. I will be happy to help on specific file requests. The logo I create can be used in various marketing collaterals.
How do you accept payment?
Depends on type of project, I request a 50% downpayment before scheduling the work. Payment can be receive by PayPal, check, or with bank money orders. Details will be included in my invoice, and the remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to supply of original artwork.
